علق المطبخ المركزي العالمي عملياته في غزة ودعا إلى إجراء تحقيق مستقل في الهجمات الإسرائيلية التي أسفرت عن مقتل سبعة من عمال الإغاثة التابعين له.

وقالت المنظمة الخيرية الدولية للأغذية، في بيان لها، إنها طلبت من أستراليا وكندا وبولندا والولايات المتحدة والمملكة المتحدة، التي قُتل مواطنوها، الانضمام إليها في الدعوة إلى “تحقيق مستقل في هذه الهجمات”.

و البت المنظمة الحكومة الإسرائيلية بالحفاظ الفوري على جميع الوثائق والاتصالات أو التسجيلات المرئية أو الصوتية وأي مواد أخرى يحتمل أن تكون ذات صلة بهجمات الأول من أبريل، وفقاً لوكالة إيطاليا برس للأنباء.

وتقول إسرائيل إنها نفذت الهجمات عن طريق الخطأ وبدأت تحقيقها الخاص في الهجوم، فيما كان العمال يقومون بتوصيل المساعدات إلى الفلسطينيين في القطاع.
