ROMA (ITALPRESS) – Le brigate Hezbollah irachene hanno annunciato che i gruppi armati iracheni hanno deciso di riprendere gli attacchi contro le forze statunitensi nel paese. Questo dopo aver visto pochi progressi nei colloqui per ottenere il ritiro delle truppe americane durante la recente visita del primo ministro iracheno Mohammed al Sudani a Washington. “Quello che è successo poco fa è l’inizio”, dice il gruppo in evidente riferimento a un attacco condotto ieri sera con razzi multipli dal nord dell’Iraq contro una base che ospita le forze statunitensi in Siria. Fondata all’indomani dell’invasione dell’Iraq guidata dagli Stati Uniti nel 2003, le brigate Hezbollah sono una delle fazioni armate irachene d’élite più vicine all’Iran.
